At CTG-Health, we strive to provide our customers with fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including Standard Ground, 2-Day Air, and Next-Day Air.
PROCESSING TIME: Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING OPTIONS: We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Ground: This option typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

2-Day Air: This option guarantees delivery within 2 business days, as long as the order is placed before 12:00 PM EST.

Next-Day Air: This option guarantees delivery the next business day, as long as the order is placed before 12:00 PM EST.
Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location, and that delivery times are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING RATES: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost for your order at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
ORDER TRACKING: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package online.
Return & Exchange Policy
At CTG-Health, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

The item must be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the exchanged item.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

To make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at (740) 920-5000 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include any paperwork, parts, or accessories that came with the item.

Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
REFUND PROCESSING:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for items that do not meet our return conditions.
